Due to the sensitive nature of pharmaceutical products, returns are only accepted for damaged, incorrect, or defective items. All return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Prescription medications, opened or used products, and perishable items are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or incorrect.
To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order details and the reason for the return. If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Returned items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition as when they were received.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged goods).
