How it works
Enhancing results through combination of isoconazole with topical corticosteroids. In dermatomycoses, the fungal pathogen invades the SC and produces the exo-enzyme keratinase, inducing an inflammatory reaction at the site of infection.

Side Effects
Common: Skin irritation and burning sensation at the application site ; Uncommon: Itching or dryness at the application site, weeping skin rash (eczema), blisters (dyshidrosis), skin inflammation (contact dermatitis) ; Rare: Swelling at the application site, skin fissures (cracks) .

Indication
It is a medicine used to treat superficial fungal diseases of the skin, such as those between the toes, on the hands, in the groin, for the treatment of fungal diseases in the genital region and erythrasma (inflammation of the skin due to a specific group of bacteria).
When not to Use
Do not use if you are allergic to isoconazole nitrate or any of the other ingredients of this medicine .
Travogen Cream Precautions
Precaution
Careful personal hygiene will support the success of treatment. Affected skin areas, especially the spaces between the toes, must be carefully dried after washing and stockings or socks must be changed daily. You should air your shoes well when you take them off.
Travogen Cream Warnings
Warning 1
When you use Isoconazole on the face, you should ensure the cream does not come into contact with the eyes.
Warning 2
In case of persistent disease in the spaces between the toes, it is often advisable to place a strip of gauze soaked with isoconazole cream between the toes.
Warning 3
To avoid renewed infection, personal linen (face cloths, towels, underwear - preferably cotton) should be changed daily and boiled.
