How it works
Hydroxyprogesterone is a potent, long-acting, progestational steroid ester which transforms proliferative endothelium into secretory endothelium, induces mammary gland duct development, and inhibits the production and/or release of gonadotropic hormone. Estradiol valerate injection replaces estrogen hormones that your body loses during menopause. Replacing estrogen relieves symptoms of menopause, such as hot flashes and vaginal dryness.

When not to Use
This medicine is contraindicated in case of excessive thickening of the womb lining, breast cancer, thrombosis, liver diseas and allergic responses.

Warning 1
Progestational drugs may cause some degree of fluid retention, conditions that might be influenced by this effect, such as asthma, migraine, epilepsy, or cardiac or renal dysfunction require careful observation.
Warning 2
Stop taking this medicine if you notice signs of a blood clot, such as: painful swelling and redness of the legs ,sudden chest pain ,difficulty in breathing.
Warning 3
Stop taking this medicine if you notice yellowing of your skin or the whites of your eyes (jaundice).
